Clara

The Painter of Light

Birthplace: Vancouver, Canada

Clara grew up above her parents' bookstore in Vancouver where morning light spilled through the windows like watercolor across an open page.

She joined the ColorPop Kids with a paintbrush in hand and a gift for turning quiet moments into something beautiful. Clara doesn't chase big dramatic scenes. She finds the extraordinary in the ordinary - the way light moves, the way stillness can feel alive.

When the group gets overwhelmed or rushes ahead, Clara is the one who slows everything down and helps them see what they're missing. Her calm presence keeps the whole group grounded.

If you have diabetes, some days ask a lot from you. Clara reminds you that it's okay to pause. Noticing how you feel, appreciating what you've already handled, and giving yourself credit for the small stuff - that's not weakness - that's awareness. And it matters just as much as the big moments.

The most beautiful things are the ones you take time to notice.
