Julian grew up in Lyon listening to his parents play music in a café along the Rhône, and somewhere along the way he started painting the sounds. Low notes became deep blues. Laughter became yellow. The hum of the crowd turned rose and warm.

He joined the ColorPop Kids as the one who hears what others see the dreamy, introspective artist who finds beauty in accidents and meaning in every shade.

His colors don't always follow the rules. But they always feel right.

If you have diabetes, not every day follows the rules either. Julian reminds you that there's beauty in learning to work with what you've got rather than fighting it. The unexpected moment, the number that surprised you, the adjustment you didn't plan for - those are part of your palette too.
