Nia

Nia grew up in Atlanta painting everything she could reach - walls, sidewalks, notebooks, and even some things that seem like there was no way they could be painted.

She joined the ColorPop Kids as the youngest member and the one who reminds everyone why they started. Her art doesn't follow rules or techniques. She paints feelings. When she touches someone else's work, it brightens. When she laughs, the colors respond.

She's not trying to impress anyone. She's just being exactly who she is, and it turns out that's more than enough.

If you have diabetes, there are days when the numbers, the devices, and the routines can make everything feel heavy and complicated. Nia reminds you to find the joy underneath all of it. You don't have to be perfect at this. You just have to keep showing up, keep going, and give yourself permission to be exactly where you are.
